LEUPP CHAPTER ASSISTANCE APPLICATIONS

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY:

Applicant must be a registered voter of the Leupp Chapter House for at least 6 months – Registration will be verified

APPLICATION DEADLINE:

Leupp Chapter is taking applications

Please attach all required documents with application before turning in to the Chapter. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Must meet the deadline.

 

HOUSING DISCRETIONARY APPLICATION

FY 24 HOUSING DISCRETIONARY

The purpose of the Chapter Housing Discretionary Fund is for registered voters of the Leupp Chapter to receive menetary assistance for minor repairs such as windows, doors and walls. Major repairs which might include roof repairs, plumbing repairs, exteriors or interior repairs to bring the structure up to safe livable conditions. Renovation, addition, electrical wiring, and new construction.

STUDENT FINANCIAL & SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE APPLICATION

FY 24 STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP AND FINANCIAL

The purpose of the Chapter Financial and Scholarship Assistance Fund is for registered voters of the Leupp Chapter. Students requesting assistance in defraying educational costs while pursuing an academic degree at an accredited College/University or a certificate at a Vocational School.
